Last month we announced multiple promotions within Leonard Design to strengthen and re-structure our team. But we are not finished yet! We are delighted to announce three further promotions:
James Dealtry-Smith: Senior Associate
James manages to cover so many types of projects in parallel from retail roll outs through to projects on site, supporting and guiding the team.
During his time at Leonard Design, James has led a number of large-scale projects in recent years including the delivery of the 121 Luxury Waterside Apartments, a market mixed use development including 2 multi use buildings, 35 student bedrooms and also more recently, on site delivering a student accommodation project of 215 student beds.
James has built incredible relationships with key clients and has navigated delicate & challenging situations on projects with real professionalism since becoming an Associate and in recognition of his achievements we will be promoting James to Senior Associate.
Azween Ramli – Senior Associate
Azween is a long-standing member of the Leonard Design Team and joined Leonard Design over 11 years ago. Her management has been key to the success of many projects for some of our most challenging clients Internationally and in UK. In 2013, Azween relocated to Mauritius for 7 months to be part of the on-site delivery team, showing an outstanding example of her commitment to delivering a successful project for Leonard Design.
Since then, she has been responsible for multiple international projects in Malaysia and in parallel has been managing and leading several UK projects.
Her impressive skill and ability extends beyond handling client relationships and fee negotiations; to continuously cultivating the Leonard Design culture from supporting the team through mentoring, training and implementing workflows. Hence, we are delighted to promote her to Senior Associate.
Seonghwan Cho – Senior Associate
Seonghwan Cho has been leading our business Development in both Korea & China and has been incredibly proactive in developing client relationships, negotiating contracts directly with clients and managing the team delivering these projects. Cho’s hard work has been instrumental in securing multiple projects in this area.
Cho has also been responsible for managing the Korean & Chinese design competitions, which have received great recognition and Cho has also set up and is running our Korean Social Media channels to build our brand presence too.
In light of the work and success Cho has achieved he will be promoted to Senior Associate.
