The project is located at the heart of the development of the ‘Gare de Fontenay’, sitting next to the train station surrounded by a variety of housing complexes. The existing shopping centre is refurbished, extended and transformed in the core hub of the neighbourhood with its green roof park connecting the nearby areas. The proposal of offices, apartment blocks, hotel and leisure activities brings life into the scheme and gives a new identity to the future of Val de Fontenay.
