The main elements of the project brief derive from the requirements of a large UK financial institution, who will be the main occupier of the office space. The building provides 150,000 sq ft of modern office space with ancillary functions across four office floor plates, with good levels of natural daylight. It is located close to the existing commercial office core of the city with the main entrance well positioned on a key city street intersection. The remainder of the street frontage will be activated through retail and leisure uses. The building has a basement service area with limited off-street car parking. The design has been created to make a strong positive architectural statement within the city.
