Location

COMPLETION
2021
AREA
65,000 sqft
Isaacs House retains and integrates the historic late Victorian Pinstone Street façade and roofscape into a high quality 65,000 sqft redevelopment, including the landmark ‘Pepperpot’ at the corner of Cambridge Street.
Isaacs House, along with Block B will form the next phase of the Heart of the City II Masterplan and build upon the success of the first phase, Grosvenor House. Located at the edge of the city centre conservation area, they will transform the surrounding area into a dynamic and mixed-use district whilst respecting some of Sheffield’s key historic buildings and streetscapes.

The proposal retains and integrates the historic late Victorian Pinstone Street façade, whilst creating a high quality 65,000 sqft redevelopment of new, grade A offices above five ground level retail units. The new development steps from four to eight storeys to respect the scale and context of the historic Pinstone Street townscape.

Works are scheduled to commence on site in Autumn 2019 and are due to be completed in early 2021.
