C. Pier Entrance Façade Improvements
Restoration of the architecturally significant 1970’s street-facing facade with a nod to the original grand entrance of the Victorian pier.

A new pedestrian public realm to the South of the pier, including an events space, amphitheatre, pop-up street, seating areas, biodiversity, improved accessibility and potentially new restaurants.
