Leonard Design were appointed to create a new community-led residential development, based around a large green amenity space and within a listed building setting.
Leonard Design’s extensive knowledge of how residential properties work, and our understanding of the local market, helped us to determine the size and style of accommodation required, creating a truly marketable housing scheme.
Baxter Green consists of fifteen apartments and 25 three, four and five-bedroom houses, all of which surround a landscaped setting, complementing the existing buildings and providing safe and visible recreation space for this new community.
Links to external spaces, contemporary design, generous bedrooms and rooftop terraces have all contributed to create a unique project and building typology.
