
A rolling programme of asset management and public realm enhancements, culminating with a programme of retail and leisure-led expansion works to unify two dated and car-dominated retail parks.
Many of the previous frontages were dated and unwelcoming, and have been replaced with high quality, visually appealing frontages as part of a rolling programme. This includes a tenant zoning strategy and cut and carve works to existing units, developed in conjunction with British Land.
In the longer term, consolidation of on-site car parking, with the provision of a new 1000 space MSCP will free up additional development opportunities, which have been illustrated by a long term masterplan for the site. This will bring a more diverse range of high street retailers, cafés, restaurants and leisure facilities arranged around a series of high quality, enticing public spaces.
