Our Styling team were commissioned to style two PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) units in Nottingham for different student accommodation providers.
For Fabric, a new student accommodation development set to open this year, we were thrilled to fully dress and style a marketing suite. This included two distinct bedroom types, a shared living and dining space, and a welcoming marketing office where prospective students could visit and meet the on-site team. Drawing inspiration from the interior design concept and the building’s historic references, we styled the rooms to reflect these themes, offering a glimpse of what’s to come upon the building’s completion.
Across the city, our second project presented a unique challenge. With some unusually shaped rooms and lower-than-expected occupancy, our goal was to highlight the space’s full potential. We styled and dressed a shared kitchen-living-diner and an en-suite bedroom, transforming them into inviting, functional spaces. Amazingly, within moments of completing the setup, a prospective student visited, expressing admiration for how the styling alone had completely changed their perception of the room.
