Leonard Design were appointed on the masterplanning and design of this major 200,000 sqm mixed-use development, which comprises retail, apartments, leisure and entertainment, restaurants, and public space.
The project will revitalise a key site in the heart of Croydon, creating a major new retail, leisure and entertainment destination. New, legible and accessible 24-hour routes through the site will greatly improve connectivity between Croydon’s centre and its major transport hubs.
Up to 967 homes will be created on this challenging site, generating much-needed activity and improving the streetscape of one of Croydon’s main arterial roads.
