The centre blends high-end retail with leisure, dining, and public space. Its expansive glass-roofed atriums create a light-filled environment that balances commercial scale with a welcoming, human-centric experience. The design integrates seamlessly into the surrounding urban fabric, connecting to transport hubs and residential developments, and features sustainable elements like natural ventilation and energy-efficient systems.
