Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre will have a strong new character and identity, creating a vibrant destination for shoppers and tourists, and will breathe new life into the wider area.
The redevelopment will build on the city’s growing success in South William Street, Grafton Street, College Green and St Stephen’s Green, and will reduce the number of retail levels to two, while extending the F&B offer in the basement with a new market space. Four levels of office space will be added at the second floor and above. At the sixth floor will be a destination restaurant, taking advantage of the views over St Stephen’s Green.
